At EVOGANCE, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process return requests.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from perfume, stains or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Accessories such as jewelry and belts for hygiene reasons
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as EVOGANCE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
