EVOGANCE ships worldwide to over 234 countries and territories, including Australia, Austria, Belgium and many more. No matter where you are in the world, we deliver elegance to your door.
✦ Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

✦ Order Tracking
Every EVOGANCE order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking code. You can use it to follow your package in real time via our tracking page.
Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to activate after dispatch — this is normal and does not indicate a delay.
✦ Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, EVOGANCE has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you have any concerns.
✦ Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and — where applicable — photos of the damage. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work swiftly to resolve the situation on your behalf.

- EVOGANCE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout — we are unable to redirect packages once dispatched
- Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center and may arrive in multiple packages if you have ordered several items
