Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to over 234 countries and territories. No matter where you are, EVOGANCE delivers to your door.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 8 to 11 business days — $8.99 (orders up to $149.99)
  • Full Shipping: 5 to 8 business days — $12.99
  • VIP Shipping: 3 to 5 business days — $19.99
  • Free Shipping: 8 to 11 business days — FREE on orders of $150.00 or more

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more, shipped worldwide.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Are there any customs fees or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at support@evogance.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email us at support@evogance.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes. Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, as well as certain accessories such as jewelry and belts, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Are the product colors accurate?

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and monitor calibration.

What materials are your products made of?

Material information is listed on each individual product page. Our collections prioritize natural, breathable and premium-quality fabrics such as linen, cotton and satin.

Are your products true to size?

Most of our products are true to size. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for the most accurate fit guidance.

Do you restock sold-out items?

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a world-class secure payment platform. We do not store any card information on our servers.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@evogance.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please check with neighbors and verify the delivery address on your order. If the issue persists, contact us at support@evogance.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
