  1. Find your tracking number. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also find it in your account under "My Orders".
  2. Click the "Track My Order" button above to open 17TRACK in a new tab.
  3. Paste your tracking number into the search field and hit enter.
  4. View real-time updates including location, carrier status, and estimated delivery date.

🕐 When Will My Tracking Become Active?

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to activate after your order ships. This is normal — the carrier needs time to scan and register your package into their system. If tracking is still inactive after 48 hours, please contact us.


🚚 Understanding Your Tracking Status

Status What It Means
Order Confirmed We received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
Shipped / Dispatched Your order left our warehouse and is on its way to the carrier.
In Transit Your package is moving through the shipping network.
Customs Clearance Your package arrived in the destination country and is being processed by customs.
Out for Delivery Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive soon.
Delivered Your package has been successfully delivered.

❓ Frequently Asked Tracking Questions

My tracking has not updated in several days. Should I worry?

Not necessarily. Tracking updates depend on when the package is scanned by the carrier. It is common for packages to go a few days without updates, especially during international transit or customs clearance. If there are no updates for more than 7 days, contact us and we will investigate.

My tracking says "delivered" but I have not received anything.

First, check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office — packages are sometimes left with them or in a secure spot nearby. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, email us at support@evogance.com and we will help open a claim with the carrier.

Can I track my order without a tracking number?

Unfortunately, no. A tracking number is required. Check your order confirmation email (including your spam folder) or log in to your EVOGANCE account under "My Orders" to find it.
